    Yes. There are a limited number of parking spaces on the underground level. These spaces are not included in the price of the condo and must be purchased seperately.
  • Does the building have a swimming pool?
    Yes, the building features a rooftop pool accessible to all residents. Additionally, each four-bedroom condo is equipped with its own private pool.
  • What amenities are within walking distance?
    Literally everything is within a two minute walk!! The neighborhood truly offers a convenient urban living experience with a diverse array of amenities at your doorstep. No need to drive or commute for everyday necessities and entertainment, such as: supermarkets, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, bakeries, restaurants, banks (BCA, BCN, Caixa, Ecobank, Western Union), post office, pharmacy, electronic shops, butcher shop, hotel, public transport, police station, boutiques, and much more.

  • What are the expected monthly condo fees?
    While we're still finalizing the exact amount, we currently anticipate monthly condo fees to be around $40 per unit, per month. Please note that this figure is subject to adjustment to ensure optimal management of the building. Once the Homeowners Association (HOA) assumes responsibility, the fee may be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
  • How long until the building is completed?
    With the foundation and base already in place, we are now progressing with the construction of the 8 levels above. We anticipate the building to be ready within 18 months. However, our projection is conservative, and we expect the completion might be achieved sooner. We've allowed for this additional time as a cushion to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.
